Since none of the options shown look similar to a flowchart select the more smartart graphics option highlighted in blue within figure 3 above to explore more smartart types.

I ve tried to turn it off in text boxes by selecting shapes selecting text selecting the who smart art graphics and the auto fit is greyed out and set in on position. Now you ll see a variety of styles to choose from for creating smartart. I am able to change shapes but the auto fit is driving me nuts. To change any shape in the flowchart right click the shape point to format shape and choose the shape you want to apply. You can also try an animated diagram template in which tabs are revealed one by one.
Head over to the insert tab and then click the smartart button.
